At CATAPULT, we believe that all men have the power to drive positive change. Our mission is to inspire and equip male students, staff, and faculty to take action against violence, challenge harmful cultural norms, and foster environments rooted in equity and respect.

Why CATAPULT?

For too long, the burden of preventing violence has been carried by women, trans, and non-binary individuals. CATAPULT seeks to shift this responsibility by empowering men to become allies and advocates for change. By addressing the connections between gender norms, power, and violence, we help create communities where everyone can thrive.

What We Do

CATAPULT provides a comprehensive approach to engaging men through education, collaboration, and action:
